LCD1730MT is a professional multimedia display that uses a full HD resolution (1920×1080) 17.3-inch wide (16: 9) IPS LCD panel. High hardness (hardness 6H) protection glass is attached to the LCD surface with OCA (Optical Clear Adhesive) optical transparent adhesive to accomplish a clear and strong design.

There are video input interfaces, HDMI, DVI-D, VGA, video (RCA), and audio (red / white RCA) input interface, supporting up to 4K @ 30 (10.2Gbps) video input. The HDMI and DVI-D input interface also support HDCP which is required for playing copyrighted digital content such as Blu-ray. ^{* 1)}

The LCD1730MT is enables 10-point multi-touch operation, which is supported by Windows 10 as standard, and can be used comfortably with light touch operation. ^{* 2)}

The display aspect ratio is selectable from "Full (16: 9)", "4: 3", "1.85: 1", and "2.35: 1" from the OSD (On Screen Display) setting menu. Equipped with various functions such as under scan and reverse display. LCD1730MT uses a function key to call these functions and a key lock function that disables all button operations to prevents erroneous operations.

There is a VESA mount interface with standard 75x75mm and 100x100mm screw holes in the back of the monitor. Two self-standing stands [Model No. STD_001] and [Model No.: SH_STD] can be mounted via VESA mount are available as options. You can freely adjust the angle according to the installation. In addition, a cable clamp to prevent disconnection is included as standard accessory. By attaching the cable clamp to the dedicated insertion hole on the side of each connection terminal (HDMI / Video / Earphone jack) and fixing it to the cable, you can prevent the cable from accidentally loosening or falling off. The DC connector connection uses a lock-type connector, which can prevent the cable from accidental disconnection during the operation at the field.

A special metal bracket [Model No.: LC17BRK] for mounting on a standard EIA 19-inch rack is available as option. LCD1730MT can be mounted on an EIA rack by taking 6U space.
