8.9 inch 4K Camera-top monitor

Short Description:

A8s is an 8.9inch 4K input monitor with1920 x 1200 LCD screen features 350 cd/m² brightness, 800:1 contrast ratio, and 170° viewing angle.It is with HDMI 1.4 input which is compatible with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and professional camcorders and can input up to UHD 4K video at 30 fps. It features a loop-through HDMI output for additional displays. It also has a 3G-SDI input and a 3G-SDI loop output.

With built in 3D Look Up Tables, supporting eight default Rec. 709 logs and six user logs and the facility to upload your own custom LUT data via its USB port.it is designed for the professional video and film industry and is ideally suited for directors and camera operators operating 4K UHD camera workflows.

Additionally, the back of the monitor features a set of VESA 75 mounting holes, as well as a built-in, dual-purpose L-Series/NP-F970 battery plate for when mains power is unavailable. When shooting outdoors, the included sun hood makes the screen easier to see by blocking any glare.

4K HDMI / 3G-SDI Input & Loop Output

SDI format supports 3G-SDI signal, 4K HDMI format supports 4096×2160 24p / 3840×2160 (23/24/25/29/30p).

HDMI / SDI signal can loop output to the other monitor or device when HDMI / SDI signal input to A8S.

Camera Auxiliary Functions & Easy-to-use

A8S provides plenty of auxiliary functions for taking photos and making movies, such as peaking, false color and audio level meter.

F1&F2 user-definable buttons to custom auxiliary functions as shortcut, such as peaking, underscan and checkfield. Use the arrow

buttons to select and adjust the value among of sharpness, saturation, tint and volume, etc. 75mm VESA and hot shoe mounts to

fix A8/A8S on the top of camera or camcorder.

Note: EXIT/F2 button, the F2 shortcut function is available under non menu interface; the EXIT function is available under menu interface.

Battery F-series Plate Bracket

A8S is allowed to power up with a external SONY F-series battery on its back.F970 can work  continuously

for more than 4 hours. Optional V-lock mount and Anton Bauer mount are also compatible with.
